CHAIRMAN'S HOSPITALITY LUXURY PACKAGE
The Chairman’s Hospitality package for the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours, priced at $2,500 per person, offers a luxury experience at the Concours. This package includes Lodge Access credentials with admission to the Chairman’s Hospitality suite in Stillwater Bar & Grill at The Lodge at Pebble Beach, overlooking our show ramp. Also included are a VIP parking pass, early access to the show field, a gourmet luncheon buffet with hosted beverage service, a Concours event program, a poster signed by the artist, and additional commemorative gifts. Very limited availability; we cannot accommodate groups of more than 10 people.
The Chairman’s Hospitality Luxury Package includes:
• VIP Lodge Access Credentials allowing early admission to the Concours show field for Dawn Patrol
• Access to the Chairman’s Hospitality Suite in Stillwater Bar & Grill at The Lodge at Pebble Beach beginning at 11 a.m.

The Chairman’s Hospitality Luxury Package for the 2017 Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance on Sunday, August 20, can be purchased by going to our online store or by calling the Concours office at 831-622-1700. Once purchased, these tickets, like all of our tickets, are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Ticket Mailings and Will Call Pick-up
Most Chairman’s Hospitality Luxury Package tickets and information will be mailed out in early July 2017. Chairman’s Hospitality tickets purchased beginning August 7 will be held at the Chairman's Hospitality Will Call location (which differs from the Will Call location for General Admission Tickets).
Chairman’s Hospitality tickets held at Will Call can be picked up at the following times and location (a photo i.d. is required):
Monday, August 14 to Saturday, August 19 (NOTE: There is NO Will Call pickup for Chairman's Hospitality on Day of Show, August 20.)
8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

If you purchase the Chairman’s Hospitality Luxury Package as a gift, we can provide you with a gift certificate acknowledging your purchase. Please note your need for a Gift Certificate when you order tickets online or via phone. Gift certificates are to serve as presentation pieces only; they have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for tickets. Tickets are mailed or held at Will Call as specified when you order.
