Description
Work as part of the Media registration team throughout week of show, located at the Media Pavilion, checking in media and passing out credentials as well as handling other event media related tasks as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide credentials to pre-approved media arriving at event
- Assist with onsite media credentialing and vetting as needed
- Answer media-related questions regarding the event
- Distribute all necessary press material
- Help upload photos/videos to media distribution sites as needed
- Ensure the Media Pavilion operates smoothly
- Help with press conferences, press interviews and press releases
- Assist with related social media posts when necessary
- Perform other media, administrative or clerical duties as needed
Education & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of college in related field
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or video-editing software is a plus
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube) a plus

- Monday, August 12- Sunday, August 18(orientation provided on Monday)
- Times will vary throughout the week. Open availability is a must. Exact schedule provided in August.
- Concours Sunday begins at 4am and may continue up to 9pm
- Reports to Media Center Manager
