Description
Assist the team with projects and communications related to VIP Concours events and attendees. Strong focus on customer service and information management.
Responsibilities
Duties Include but are not limited to
- VIP ticketing and event reservation management
- Serve as a point of contact for attendees & VIPs over the phone and email providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with special events during Concours week and manage relevant guest lists to ensure accuracy
- Support critical event mailings, including entrant, judge, and VIP credentials.
- Inventory VIP collateral and gifts
- Utilize QuickBase database to create and maintain accurate reports of VIPs and special events.
- Support office catering
- Play a key role with Club d’Elegance Day of Show ticketing operations
- Lead support and training for ticketing operations at the Pebble Beach Classic Car Forums
- Assist in training volunteers on ticketing procedures, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of customer service
- Assist in ticket support on Day of Show to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees
- Report on internship experience and provide a comprehensive review of contributions
- Perform other tasks as needed
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of college in related field
- Desire to enter the fields of ticketing, VIP sales, or special events
- Excellent computer skills with proficiencies in Excel, Word, Outlook, and database systems
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Customer service experience

Details
- June – Aug/Sept, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (times will vary within these hours)
- Must have open availability during week leading up to Day of Show (August 18, 2024) as hours vary
- Reports to Director of Operations
- Paid position
