Description
Assist with vetting and registration of domestic and international media from the inception of the application process through day of show.
Responsibilities
- Review all media credential applications
- Update media application database with registrations
- Handle credentialing of all TV/Film crews that shoot video at event, including gathering Certificates of Insurance for all crews and drafting Photo Agreements
- Assist with onsite registrations at the Media Pavilion throughout week and day of show
- Handle requests for information from both media and general public
- General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and answering phones
- Perform other tasks as needed
Education & Experience
- Minimum 1 year of college
- Media-related experience a plus
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel and/or databases
- Able to communicate well in professional setting
- Familiar with principles and practices of basic office management

Details
- May – Aug/Sept, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (times will vary within these hours)
- Must have open availability during week leading up to Day of Show (August 18, 2024) as hours vary
