Operations Intern
Description
The Operations Intern will play a pivotal role in Class and Honorary judge relations, donor and charity relations, supporting week-of-show and day-of-show production elements, maintaining database records, and providing general office assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the organization and management of information related to the Class and Honorary judges for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.
- Provide assistance in the coordination of the Charity Drawing communications and facilitation
- Support critical production elements during the week leading up to the show and on the day of the event to ensure a seamless and successful operation.
- Record-keeping and maintenance of database records for the Pebble Beach Motoring Classic and Judges, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide detail-oriented support in mailing items to key participants, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of materials.
- Offer assistance in general office tasks, contributing to the overall efficiency of the operations team.
- Perform other tasks as needed
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of college in related field (Business, Logistics, Event Management, etc.)
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Candidates with experience utilizing CRM/databases are encouraged to apply

Details
- Jun – Aug/Sept, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (times will vary within these hours)
- Must have open availability during week leading up to Day of Show (August 16, 2026) as hours vary
- Reports to Director of Operations
