Participant Relations Intern

Assist the Director of Participant Relations with projects and communications related to Entrants, Judges and participants. Strong focus on project management and reporting abilities.


  • Assist in management of multiple projects related to Entrants, Judges and Participants
  • Plan and deploy strategy for various mailing projects
  • Monitor project milestones and deadlines
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to Military volunteers
  • Maintain and assist with Judge website
  • Create and maintain accurate reports on all Participants
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Handle requests for information and data
  • Perform other administrative or clerical duties as needed
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and answering phones

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of college in related field
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and databases
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • May – Aug/Sept, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (times will vary within these hours)
  • Must have open availability during week leading up to Day of Show (August 21, 2022) as hours vary
  • Reports to Director of Participant Relations
  • Paid position
