Concours Sunday

TICKETS & ADMISSION

I just placed my order. When will I get my tickets?
Tickets, which are digital this year, will be emailed beginning in mid-July, about four weeks prior to the Concours. You can print your ticket or save it to your phone so it is ready to be scanned as you enter the Concours. If you opted to have your parking pass held at Will Call, please visit the Will Call Schedule. Will Call pick-up will be located a the Concours Office and be open Monday through Saturday. NO SUNDAY PICKUP.

Do I need an ID to pick up my parking pass held at Will Call?
Yes, you will need to provide identification to pick up your parking pass. A valid driver’s license, passport photo, or any form of government-issued identification with photo ID is acceptable.

What is the admission process?
When you first arrive at the gate, your digital ticket will be scanned, and a wristband will be placed on your wrist. As you approach the main entry onto the show field, security will check for your wristband. This wristband must be worn and visible at all times. Once the wristband is placed on your wrist, your digital ticket will be voided and will not be valid to be scanned again.

What if I do not have a smartphone?
When you receive your ticket via email prior to the event, you will be able to print out your ticket to the show upon entry to the Concours d’Elegance. Once your hard copy ticket is scanned, you will be given a wristband to enter the show field and enjoy the day.

Can I pick up a printed ticket?
We do not offer printed tickets prior to the event. If, for any reason, your ticket is not able to be scanned on Sunday you will be redirected to our Ticket Support tent.

What if I lose my ticket?
If you lose your digital ticket, email store@pebblebeachconcours.net. We will void your previous ticket and issue you a new one. We recommend printing your ticket as back up or saving it to your camera roll when you receive it.

I bought a VIP Ticket, where do I check in?
VIP Ticket holders should go to their venue to check in and receive a VIP Wristband. VIP may also scan their ticket at any field access scanning point to receive a field access wristband.

When does the show field open?

Can my ticket be refunded or transferred to others?
