Description
Support the team putting on the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. Provide multi-departmental support as needed across departments on projects ranging from merchandise inventory to participant collateral distribution.
Responsibilities
- Support multiple projects related to Entrants, Judges, Participants and Sponsors
- Assist with merchandise/material receiving, tracking and inventory
- VIP collateral gathering and mailing
- Record keeping
- General office upkeep
- Assist with Week and Day of show preparations
- Perform other tasks as needed
- Clerical duties including photocopying, mailing and answering phones
Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of college
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Details
- Jun – Aug/Sept, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm (times will vary within these hours)
- Must have open availability during week leading up to Day of Show (August 1s hours vary
- Reports to System Operations Manager and Director of Participant Relations
- Paid position
