Chairman
A former USMC infantryman, respected trial attorney, and noted authority in the collector car world, Vince Finaldi was appointed to Chairman of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in October 2026. He looks forward to carrying on and further developing the charitable mission of the event, and maintaining the core values and charitable mission of the Concours while ensuring that it evolves along with the rest of the car world.

As Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, he leads strategic initiatives that drive growth, elevate brand partnerships, and ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.

Judith Ann Raible has served in a myriad of positions in her 24 years with the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. She is the lead in donor development, legacy gifts, and automobile donations. A Board Member of the Pebble Beach Company Foundation, she holds an MA and CFRE, with 35 years’ experience in fund development.

Chris Bock has served as our Chief Judge since 2013. He attended his first Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance back in 1963 at the young age of 18, he was first appointed a Class Judge a decade later, and he continued to serve among our Judges over the ensuing decades, often acting as Chief Class Judge for American Classics.

Stephen Brauer is Chairman and CEO of Hunter Engineering Company, which designs, manufactures and sells computer-based automotive service equipment to automobile manufacturers and dealers worldwide. In June 2001 President George W. Bush appointed Mr. Brauer as his US Ambassador to Belgium, where he served until September 2003.

Sandra Button became Chairman of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in 2002 after serving as its Executive Director for decades prior. She has helped to guide the growth of this Concours into a truly global celebration of the automobile. She retired from her role as Chairman in 2026 and continues to assist as the Global Brand Ambassador and Strategic Advisor.

Glenn Mounger retired from his position as Co-Chairman of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance in 2005 but went on to serve as our Chief Honorary Judge through 2019 before adding Emeritus to his former title.

Master of Ceremonies
Amanda is the UK’s leading female motorsport, classic car and automotive TV broadcaster. She is renowned for her passion and knowledge of contemporary and classic racing and her understanding of the international car industry. This has resulted in her presenting multiple programs on International TV and being a brand spokesperson for many of the most prestigious car companies in the world.
